Life's Lemons and More

Becoming a Zombie

You wake up in the morning faced with a routine that has conquered your life for the past ten years. You no longer feel challenged doing the same job but you know well enough that it pays you good money but the drive just doesn't seem to be there. What do you do?
It is a tough decision between having the kind of job that has paid you well but has totally consumed all your strength and interest. And it is another thing to look for one new job that might tickle your mind and push you to a new level. You just can't get a new job when you want to. You need to think things through. Sometimes more than just thinking about what makes you happy, you should also consider how it would affect the people that depend on you.
To ignite that lost sizzle into your routine job, you need to give yourself a break. Take a short vacation and get recharged by having time for yourself. All your perseverance may just be going nowhere if you don't love yourself. Life is too short to waste. Never let the day pass in front of you. You'll realize that getting yourself out of the four corners of your office will let you see things more clearly and will help you gain back the old you.
And yeah, don't forget to talk to people to keep your mind off from feeling frustrated coz being surrounded with the people you love will surely inspire you the most.

The Best Things are Yet To Come
I have always believe that everything happens for a reason. And all the struggles we go through should not be taken as something bad but rather see it as an opportunity to do better. Life is not perfect, we all know that. And that is why we need to take all the challenges in life to make a better future. If we fail for the first, second, third time, it's okay to try again. Perfection may not be really in existence but through these little imperfections, we basin more than we have ever realized.
No matter what religion you belong to, the belief that a Supreme Being looks after us should help us to be strengthened. The journey we have may be a long one. But trust me, it's all worth the time.
